Air Charter Service has been voted as the International Charter Provider of the Year in Africa at the Stat Trade Times awards dinner, held at Emperor’s Palace in Johannesburg as part of Air Cargo Africa last night.

This latest award was voted for by cargo industry professionals both in Africa and around the globe. Lyndee du Toit, ACS South Africa’s managing director, who collected the trophy on behalf of the group commented: “We are delighted to win this award, thank you so much to all our customers and suppliers that have voted for us. It’s a great honour to receive the award and it means so much to all our staff here in Africa and around the globe – this award is for them. Thank you again for taking the time to confirm us as the world’s leading cargo aircraft charter broker”.

The evening was a double success for Air Charter Service, as founder and chairman, Chris Leach, received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in cargo aviation over the past 40 years.
