Air Charter Service has retained the Charter Broker of the Year award for the ninth year running, after it was announced at the virtual World Air Cargo Awards ceremony on 4th May.
Dan Morgan-Evans, Group Cargo Director, commented: “It is always a pleasure to win this particular award, as it is voted for by the industry, showing that they hold us in high regard. After what has been a difficult year for the whole world, our cargo division has been lucky enough to be able to thrive – last year’s cargo charter revenue was a staggering $840 million. Whilst we have started 2021 in a similarly strong vein, we will be hard pressed to reach that kind of number again.
“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and suppliers that took the time to vote for us this year – it is greatly appreciated. Although this year there was no taking to the stage to accept the award, it means just as much to us.”
ACS first won the award at Air Cargo Europe in Munich in 2013 and has retained it every year since, making it an incredible nine in a row.
