Our team in New York were contacted late at night by a freight forwarder working on behalf of a US energy company. The end client urgently needed four boxes of separable connectors transported from the Czech Republic to Virginia, in order to complete a major repair of damaged infrastructure. With no time to waste, we got to work on a time critical solution to get the cargo on the move.

With the supplier of the parts located in the northwestern city of Kadaň, the client initially planned to fly the cargo from Prague, around a two-hour drive away. However, our knowledgeable team knew the airport in Prague can’t operate out-of-hours charters.
Thinking quickly, ACS Time Critical had the boxes trucked to the southeastern city of Brno instead, where our private jet experts had arranged an aircraft charter at short notice.
We dispatched an onboard courier to Brno to take custody of the boxes and accompany them on the flight to Virginia. Everything ran smoothly and our courier handed the cargo over to the client in good time, allowing the critical repair to go ahead.
