Air Charter Service prides itself in providing the highest levels of personal service to our clients. You will be allocated a personal account manager who will deal with every stage of your charter.

1. Initial enquiry - Your personal account manager will discuss your exact requirements to come up with the perfect solution for your trip

2. Quotation - Your account manager will send you a quotation giving you the option of at least 3 different aircraft which could fulfill your requirements.

3. Confirmation - Following discussions with your account manager you can confirm the perfect aircraft by signing a confimation form.

4. Final charter brief - You will be sent a brief with everything you need for the trip from directions to the terminal to the contact details of the crew.

5. Your flight - Your account manager will be watching every movement of the aircraft to make sure everything goes smoothly, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your trip.

6. Post flight report - You will be sent a final report on every aspect of the charter. This gives you a chance to give us feedback ensuring that our high standards are always maintained and improved.
